Tasting notes 2018
Anthocyanes – Yohan Castaing
Fruity and greedy, beautiful notes of black fruits “al dente”. Round and juicy palate, also crunchy for an elegant and fresh wine. A pleasure wine.
Rating: 87-89
Vert de Vin – April 2019
The nose is fruity, powerful and offers concentration. It has blackcurrant, blackberry and slightly juicy cherry notes, juicy wild red berries associated with fine touches of gray pepper, flowers, very subtle hints of spice and a subtle hint of spice. cardamom. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, minerality, a little freshness, sweetness and a tangy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy cassis / ripe and slightly crunchy / juicy strawberry associated with small touches of small red berries, flowers (cornflower …) and fine liquorice tips, racy minerality and an imperceptible touch of caramelization (in the background). The tannins are finely pressed. Good length.

100% merlot
Dense purple. Beautiful floral intensity, lots of freshness and fruit. On the palate, the wine is delicious, fruity, balanced and endowed with fine tannins, in symbiosis with the structure. A wine that has flesh and muscle. It still has to gain aromatic expression at the taste level but it is promising and has good potential. 2023-2033
