Le Loup de La Loubière Bordeaux White 2019 – Tasting note
Terres de Vins – Tasted in March 2020
With a pale yellow robe with green reflections, this wine announces itself with a citrus nose evoking candied lemon, sage and broom. But what vivacity! The palate is nervous, sharp, powerful, with grain. At the same time ample and supple, this Bordeaux displays a bouquet of white flowers and yellow fruits, with slightly spicy notes.
To taste with creamy cheese: Chaource or Brillat-Savarin
Note: 15/20
Bernard Burtschy – Valeurs Actuelles du 23 juillet 2020
A white Bordeaux which happily takes up the old codes, two-thirds of Semillon, a third of Sauvignon and a pinch of Muscadelle, all with barrel aging, resulting in an incredibly tasty, elegant, deep and rich wine. Lovely wine.
